Seven estates, one shoreline. Each carved in the language of the Peloponnese — stone, olive, salt, and time.
Every villa in the collection was built for a single purpose: to disappear into its landscape. Local craftsmen used masonry from nearby quarries, chestnut beams from the mainland, and terracotta fired in the region.
The result is a portfolio of homes that feel neither hotel nor rental — instead they read as private residences, quietly offered to the traveller who prefers silence, sea, and a little brass in the details.
